Order Processing
All orders are processed as quickly as possible after payment has been received. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive confirmation and any available tracking information.
Please ensure that all delivery details are entered correctly at checkout. We cannot be held responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect address information provided by the customer.
UK Delivery
Standard UK delivery is typically between 3–5 working days from dispatch.
During busy periods, including sales events, holidays, new product launches, and seasonal demand, delivery times may be longer than usual. We appreciate your patience during these times.
Please note that delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may occasionally be affected by factors outside our control.
Pre-Orders
Items purchased as pre-orders are excluded from our standard delivery times.
Estimated dispatch dates for pre-order items will be stated on the product page where applicable. If your order contains both pre-order and in-stock items, your order may be shipped together once all items are available unless otherwise stated.
International Shipping
Delivery times for international orders vary depending on the destination country and customs processing times.
Customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, customs fees, or other charges imposed by their country. These charges are not included in our product prices or shipping costs.
If customs charges are refused and the parcel is returned to us, the original shipping costs are non-refundable. Any return shipping fees, customs charges, or carrier fees incurred may also be deducted from any refund issued.
Should you wish to have the order resent after it has been returned, additional shipping charges will apply and must be paid before the order is re-dispatched.
By placing an international order, you acknowledge and accept responsibility for any import duties, taxes, and customs charges that may be due upon arrival in your country.
Delays and Lost Parcels
While we work with trusted delivery partners, delivery dates are estimates and cannot be guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers, customs clearance, adverse weather conditions, strikes, or other circumstances beyond our control.
If you believe your parcel has been lost, please contact us and we will assist in opening an investigation with the courier where applicable.
